The Spartan Race and Warrior Dash were truly exceptional feats of kakakaCRUSH.  Amplitusion ninja-guitarist, Rob Saffrey; absolutely shredded the competition apart coming in the top 100 out of over 8800 competitors! Front man, James Sheehan finished in the top 500.

Nearly a month later, Sheehan dove into the Warrior Dash in Hockley Valley which was even more intense with 10,000 competitors.  Not sure if the barbed wire or fire pit was the favorite obstacle; regardless, THIS is how you train for a SHOW.

Most behemoth props to TEAM CRUSH EXTREME in Vancouver who slayed the Whistler Warrior Dash; led by intergalactic crushmologist, Gozer, The Most, Gozarian.  It is rumored Gozer and Sheehan will be teaming up for the Tough Mudder in 2011- The planet better be on red alert.
